Welcome to OvenTiny. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Because many OvenTiny products are produced in limited quantities, some items may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our site.

4. Shipping

We aim to process orders within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. OvenTiny is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

5. Returns and Exchanges

By placing an order with OvenTiny, you acknowledge and agree to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

OvenTiny does not offer refunds for purchases. We may, at our sole discretion, offer exchanges for eligible items that meet our exchange requirements.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must include its original packaging and any accessories.
Valid proof of purchase must be provided.
The exchange request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of receiving the order.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
Items returned without their original packaging.
Clearance or final sale items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact OvenTiny as soon as possible with your order information and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the matter, including arranging an exchange where appropriate.

All exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If an exchange is approved, OvenTiny will provide instructions regarding the exchange or pickup process. OvenTiny reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the requirements outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, photos, videos, and text—is the property of OvenTiny and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

8. User Comments and Submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us, you grant OvenTiny a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OvenTiny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the purchase or use of our products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that product or order.

10. Disclaimer

All products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
